Dancing...

Well I hope this video turns out okay. It is a little dark, but he is just too darn cute. Braylon LOVES to dance. We took this at a wedding we went to this past weekend in Abilene, KS. Congrats to Ashley and Kyle!

Everything else is going well. Not too much new going on in the Meyn house. Kind of hope it stays that way for awhile!

no news WAS good news

I called the doctors office last Friday and ALL of Braylon's tests came back normal. So there we have it.... we just have a skinny child (takes after his daddy). I'll tell you though, it is SO good to know for sure.

We spent this past weekend in Hanover and Centralia. Chris's 1998-1999 basketball team was honored before the boy's High School basketball game Friday night. It has been 10 years since their back-to-back State Championships. The whole team was there except one. Everyone got together after the game at the Coach's house and had a great time. It was so much fun seeing a lot of those guys. We headed to Centralia Saturday evening to eat at the Annual Sophomore Spaghetti Supper. It was delicious.

Braylon continues to amaze his mommy and daddy. Last night (in complete darkness) Braylon figured out how to open doors (two of them) and make his way into mommy and daddy's room. What a little stinker. I guess I'll be making a trip to Wal-Mart to buy some things to go on the door knobs. We can't use gates because he just climbs over them. He is so funny sometimes. His big thing right now is to count to two and jump on/off anything. This is how he counts, "One Two, One TTTWWWOOO!". We try to get him to say three, but it is always One Two. :)

18 month photo shoot!

Here are some photos from Braylon's 18 month photo shoot! :) We got some great pictures for a little guy that DOES NOT like to sit still. Braylon has received all of his John Deere gear and equipment from his Grandpa Feldkamp over the last year. I thought they turned out GREAT! He still has more John Deere stuff at home, but it couldn't all be in the photos. :) Grandma and Grandpa Feldkamp came to visit us yesterday and were nice enough to bring us our 1/4 of meat. Thank goodness for no more store bought meat. We enjoyed a very nice warm day and grilled for dinner. I can't wait for more days like that.
Still no word from the doctors office on Braylon's test results, but we got the bill already. Thank goodness for good insurance. I can't believe how much one part of a blood test costs. Yikes! If I don't hear from them sometime this week, I will be giving them a call on Friday.
We will be heading to Hanover Friday to attend the Hanover vs. Centralia High School Basketball Games. Chris's basketball team is being honored once again for their back to back State Championships. Mommy and Braylon are very proud of Daddy! To support Braylon's daddy he will be donning red and blue Friday night. :( I however will NOT be wearing red and blue. GO PANTHERS!!!!
Hope everyone has a great week!

Shout Out!

Here is a shout out to our Aunt Vanna and Uncle Tom!

Braylon says "Thank You for the Choo Choo jammies!" He loves them!
